The 54th staging of Television Jamaica’s Schools’ Challenge Quiz was supported through sponsorship by the Delect Foods brand, a subsidiary of the Derrimon Trading Company Limited. For the finals, the teams and supporters enjoyed delectable dishes such as the Delect Corny mac and cheese, a fusion of your traditional macaroni and cheese with a Jamaican favourite, corned beef.
As a proud sponsor of Schools’ Challenge Quiz, the Delect team served patrons on the terrace grounds of TVJ as they eagerly watched the teams from Calabar and St Jago High School go head to head, where St Jago was ultimately crowned champion of the season.

Through virtual reality operations, patrons of the Caribbean Flavours and Fragrances Ltd (CFF) booth at the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA) EXPO Jamaica were immersed into a simulated experience of computer-generated visuals that would allow users to interact with a specific environment whilst inhaling the scents that are directly associated with it.

PRESIDENT of the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA), John Mahfood and Aswad Morgan, chairman of the organising committee of Expo Jamaica 2023, on Thursday evening both welcomed the Government of Jamaica's (GOJ)sponsorship of the "largest trading show in the English-speaking Caribbean" through the Ministry of Industry, Investment and Commerce (MIIC).
Expo Jamaica, which will close today, was officially declared open last Thursday, April 27, by Prime Minister Andrew Holness — who was the keynote speaker — at the National Indoor Sports Centre. The venue has been used, along with the National Arena, over the last four days to house some 230 exhibitors occupying 348 booths.
